Join colleagues, partners, and allies from across the state for a day of facilitated networking, engaging workshops, and other community-driven opportunities! Full breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon refreshment to be provided.

The day’s theme, Gathering Momentum: Communities of Change, serves as a reminder of the work we are doing together. We are building an evidence base for impact, deepening partnerships, claiming justice and equity, and aligning efforts to fulfill the mission of the HEZ Initiative. The day will include facilitated networking, engaging workshops, and other community-driven opportunities.
